If you would like to cancel your order, please contact support@dogfriendlyco.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing.
After the 30-minute editing window has passed, we may no longer be able to make changes to your order.

Remove the cover from the foam insert before washing.
Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water and allow the cover to air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry unless otherwise stated on the care instructions.

Our harnesses can be hand washed or machine washed using cold water on a gentle cycle.
Please remove the velcro name patches before washing. Name patches should not be machine washed but may be wiped clean as needed.
After washing, allow the harness to air dry completely before use. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or use high heat.

Personalized name patches are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Please ensure all personalization details are entered correctly before placing your order.
