Dog Friendly Co. - Ultimate Dog Essential Pack Monthly Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Dog Friendly Co. Pty Ltd, NSW 2219, Australia (“Dog Friendly Co.”, “we”, “us”). Questions: www.dogfriendlyco.com/pages/contact-us.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of the United States and Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dog Friendly Co., their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the giveaway may not enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion period

This is an ongoing giveaway that started on 18th October 2026 and runs until we end it. We will give at least 30 days’ notice on the giveaway landing page before it ends. The giveaway runs in monthly draw periods. The first draw period runs from 18th October 2026 to 11:59pm on 30th November 2026 (Sydney time, AEDT). After that, each draw period opens at 12:00am on the 1st day of a calendar month and closes at 11:59pm on the last day of that month (Sydney time, AEST/AEDT).

4. How to enter

To enter, submit a valid email address through the sign-up form on the giveaway landing page and confirm it when prompted (double opt-in). You can also share your name, your dog’s name and your dog’s date of birth, but you don’t have to. One entry per person. Your entry is only included in the draw for the draw period in which you signed up and confirmed your email address. It does not carry over into later draw periods. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Entries that are unconfirmed, automated or bulk-submitted are invalid.

5. The prize

There are two winners each month: one resident of the United States and one resident of Australia. Each winner receives the Ultimate Dog Essential Pack, containing: 1 Chill Pill bed and 1 spare cover, 1 Ultimate No-Pull Bundle, 1 Hoodie, 1 Rain Coat, 1 Car Belt, 1 Penta Ball, 1 Paw Protectors small pack, and 1 Swift Blanket. Approximate total retail value: over $500 per pack. We may update the prize for future draw periods. Any change will be shown on the giveaway landing page before that draw period opens. After each draw we will contact each winner to confirm sizes and colour preferences so the products are right for their dog. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If any item is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection & notification

Two winners will be chosen at random within 5 business days after each draw period closes. Only valid entries received during that draw period are included. One winner is drawn from those entries in the United States and one from those entries in Australia. The draw is carried out using ViralSweep’s Random Picker (https://www.viralsweep.com/products/random-picker), an independent tool that selects winners at random from all valid entries, so the selection is genuinely random and verifiable. We will contact each winner personally by email within 4 days of the draw, including to confirm their size and colour preferences so we send the right products for their dog. If a winner does not respond within 4 days, or is ineligible, we may draw an alternative winner from the same draw period’s entries. A list of winners is available on request via the contact email above.

7. Previous winners

Each person can win only once. Only one prize will be awarded per household per draw period.

9. Meta / social platforms

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), or any other platform on which it is promoted. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.

10. General

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, or to disqualify any entrant, where reasonably necessary or required by law. Our decisions on all matters relating to the giveaway are final. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from participation or from the prize. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia; nothing in them limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
